Warranty Information

All defective
product must be returned within 30 days of initial delivery.
- All returned
product must be accompanied by a Returned Goods Authorization
Number (assigned by American Medical Depot's Customer Relations
Department) and a full description of the product and the
original Purchase Order Number.
- Please
contact Customer Relations at (305) 364-0888.
- American
Medical Depot will provide replacement product or issue a
credit, if it is determined that any product is defective
in workmanship or quality.
- Freight
charges for returned products are the responsibility of American
Medical Depot
